Cauliflower Fried Rice


• 1/2 of head of cauliflower
• Optional: 1- 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• 1-4 tsp soy sauce –( Low Sodium soy sauce)
• 3 green onions, chopped
• Pepper and Ideal protein Salt
• 2 egg, beaten


Grate the cauliflower. I use one head of cauliflower, you can use more depending on how much you want to make.

2. Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet on medium to
medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower and garlic and stir
fry until the cauliflower is tender, not mushy.

3. Stir in the soy sauce (Can add 1 tsp sesame oil, but I dont). Add spices to taste.- I use ginger.

4. Use spatula to move the cauliflower to one side of the pan.

5. Crack an egg in the pan and scramble slightly. Before the eggs are fully cooked- aka a little “wet” begin to mix it into the cauliflower then add the green onion and toss.

Feel free to add any kind of protein you like . I cook the protein before and just add it into the mixture.
